UK: £5 - 2 to 3 working days
Europe: £13 - 3 to 7 working days
Rest of the World: £25 - 6 to 10 working days
Orders 1.6kg and over. Royal Mail Tracked:
UK: £7 - 2 to 3 working days
Orders 1.6kg and over. DHL Express Tracked:
Republic of Ireland: £18 - 2 to 5 working days
Europe: £25 - 2 to 5 working days
USA: £40 - 2 to 5 working days
Canada: £52 - 2 to 5 working days
Rest of the World: £62 - 2 to 5 working days
We ship all our products to you from Northern Ireland.
We are happy to say as a result of the Northern Ireland Protocol we are in a very strong position to continue to service our customers in exactly the same way as we did before Brexit. There are no changes in ordering from us post-brexit.
We are still part of the UK internal market and we are part of EU Single Market due to the Northern Ireland Protocol and the Free Trade Agreement.
Shipping to United Kingdom and European Union:
Your packages shipping to the UK and EU will not occur any extra charges upon receiving, such as duty and tariffs. There are no changes in ordering from us post-brexit.
Shipping to the Rest of the World:
Each country has different import duty and tariff rules - please check with your local authorities. Currently, duty and customs are not included in our shipping costs. There are no changes in ordering from us post-brexit.

Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns of items that are unused with original tags, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, within 21 days of receiving the parcel. If 21 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of this return window. If items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly used or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back to you at your own cost.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local courier. We highly recommend using a tracked service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we advise you to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number.
We cannot issue refunds for price differences on sale items.

Sample sale items, custom or personalised items
Unfortunately, these items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This includes off cuts.
Unfortunately, all shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Refunds for returns
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. You will receive an email notification to alert you that a refund is being processed.
