Our Irish Wool Journey
OUR JOURNEY TO CREATING AND SUPPORTING A POSITIVE SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CHANGE
We are on a mission to support and champion our local farmers. We have a deep passion for our Irish roots and want this to be reflected in our locally sourced products, to be enjoyed by our customers globally.
Our aim is to create positive social and environmental change by supporting these local farmers in utilising their fully traceable and sustainably sourced Irish wool. Not only does this ensure the welfare of their animals, but is also enhances the sustainability of our product offering by bolstering the farming industry in the UK and Ireland.
We truly believe in valuing our local fleece and showcasing its potential. We are up for the challenge! This is just the beginning and we are extremely excited for what is to come.

Irish Alpaca Yarn
One of Hope’s biggest dreams since starting the brand 5 years ago was to create our very own yarn, spun locally here in Northern Ireland, using fibre from Irish sheep and alpacas. It’s been a long journey with plenty of unexpected challenges, but slowly and surely, the idea has come to life. Our one-of-a-kind, limited edition collection of Irish Alpaca knitwear is spun just 5 minutes from our studio at a small family-run mill. Our alpaca yarn is sourced from a small, family-run farm in Wicklow, Ireland, ensuring traceable, ethical, and sustainable production. It is a natural, renewable and biodegradable fibre.
