Shipping and Returns

 

We ship worldwide from our studio in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. All orders are packed with love and dispatched within 2–5 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs processing or busy seasonal periods. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping from Northern Ireland

All Hope’s Wool orders are packed with love and shipped from our studio in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.

There are no additional duties, customs charges, taxes or tariffs for orders shipped to the UK and EU.

For orders shipped outside the UK and EU, import duties, customs fees, taxes or tariffs may apply. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

 

Shipping address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be:

•            Unused

•            In their original condition

•            Returned with all tags and original packaging

Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

To request a return, please email customercare@hopemacaulay.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a short note about your return.

Once your return request has been approved, you must send the item back to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

 

Return shipping fees

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and for arranging the return with their local courier.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been received and processed.

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, your original standard shipping cost will be refunded. In all other cases, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Digital patterns & off cuts

Digital patterns and off cuts are final sale.

Digital patterns cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. Off cuts cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Returning non-returnable items

We are unable to process refunds for items returned outside of our policy.

If a non-returnable item is sent back to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the postage cost to have the item returned to them.

 

Lost, missing or stolen parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided.

If a parcel is marked as delivered, including to a neighbour or safe place, and proof of delivery is provided by the courier, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or theft after this point.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate once the courier investigation has been completed.

 

Return to sender

If your parcel is not successfully delivered and is returned to us, you will receive an email notification and a refund for your order, minus any shipping costs or any duties, taxes or fees we have incurred.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed on their way back to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details or unclaimed packages.

We strongly recommend tracking your parcel using the details provided to help ensure successful delivery.
