About the wool

After two years in development, this yarn has been spun just minutes from our studio in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, at a small family-run mill in very limited quantities. Handmade using 30% Irish Superfine Alpaca sourced from a small, family-run farm in Wicklow, Ireland, and 70% Corriedale wool, it is designed by Hope in our signature chunky style with a unique marled twist. Natural, renewable, and biodegradable, the Corriedale wool is RWS certified, from non-mulesed flocks, and dyed with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified dyes, free from harmful chemicals, ensuring traceable, ethical, and sustainable production.
